FAQLOCATION
The festival takes place at Taets Art and Event Park, in Zaandam.
festival times
Age and ID
The festival is 18+, and it is mandatory to present a valid ID (driver's license, passport, identification card, ID) for entry. Just a photo of any of the above will not suffice.
Re-entry
It's not possible to leave the festival grounds and re-enter afterwards. If you do leave you will have to show a valid ticket again to enter the festival grounds.
Door closure
The doors will close at 21:00 CET, and entry will not be permitted after that time.
Cash purchases
All facilities are cashless, but you can purchase a cash card at the festival at dedicated cash card lockets. This is a debit card that you buy at the token stand and load with cash, allowing you to make payments with a card at the festival

Medical personnel
There will be first aid available, indicated by signs and they will walk around the festival grounds.
Relaxation area
There are multiple covered seating areas, indicated by signs and visible on the map on site.
Feeling unwell
There is first aid available throughout the entire venue, and you're welcome to approach them at any time. Celebrate safe https://celebratesafe.nl/pijlers/.
Feeling unsafe
If you don't feel safe or notice something suspicious, please send a message or picture to this number: +31 6 83497179. You can always talk to any employee that is around (First Aid, security).

Drugs policy
The use and possession of soft and hard drugs is prohibited.

Earplugs
There are Alpine earplugs available for purchase.
Prohibited items
These items are prohibited to bring to the festival: own food and drinks, aerosol cans, glassware, cans, large or heavy bags (a light (back)pack or small backpack is allowed but will be checked by security at the entrance), pets, inflatable objects, umbrellas, drugs (except prescribed medication with a medical certificate), selfie sticks, fireworks, weapons and firearms, dangerous objects (including aerosol cans and tear gas), professional photo, film, and other recording equipment.
Cameras
It is not allowed to bring any sort of professional recording equipment. Small cameras are aloud.
Sunscreen
Sunscreen is only allowed in unopened pocket size packaging. Sunscreen sprays are not allowed (in any size).

Due to late personalization, tickets can only be downloaded on 16th of August 2025
Receive ticket
You will receive an email immediately upon purchasing your ticket. The ticket can be downloaded on 16th of August 2025.
Lost ticket
sell ticket
You will be able to sell and buy tickets after the regular sale through the waiting list. If you are looking to buy a ticket, you can sign up to the waiting list in the ticketshop. You will be automatically matched to available ticket(s) and get a chance to buy. If you are selling ticket(s) you can offer them to the waiting list via the ticketprovider (Paylogic). This will be visible through your confirmation email and you will be able to find a link on our website and socials.
1. In the confirmation email, go to 'Manage Orders'.
2. Click on ‘More actions’ and on ‘Sell’.
3. Select which tickets you want to sell.
4. Click ‘Sell’ at the bottom.
5. The selected tickets are now offered on the waiting list.
Print ticket
It is not necessary to print out your ticket. In fact, we prefer tickets on the phone.
Personalize ticket
You can personalize your ticket through the confirmation email. If you can't find it, please proceed to question 4.
public transportation
We recommend everyone to visit the festival by bike. From Amsterdam-West it is a 25 minute bike ride to the festival. This is the easiest and fastest way to get to the location. The closest train station is Zaandam Station. From there you’ll need to take a bus or walk for 20 minutes.

There are various food stands and multiple bars available on site.
dietary needs
We sell different food options throughout the festival. Allergies are stated on the menus. If you have any questions please send an email to info@sonaworldwide.com.
Drinking water
There are multiple drinking water stations to refill your bottle and water bottles can be purchased at the bar.
cigarettes
There will be no (e-)cigarettes available for purchase.
medications
You can bring your medication only upon presentation of a prescription and/or a doctors note. The medication must be unopened.
Wheelchair access
There are special toilets and entrances. Wheelchair access is at the general entrance. Registration is not needed.
Service dogs
Unfortunately it's not possible to bring along a service dog.
environment
We are committed to sustainability to preserve the park. We use recycled plastic cups, operate a recycling system, accept only card payments, and offer different food possibilities.
inclusivity
We strive to create a safe and welcoming festival environment for everyone. All social norms and values are upheld on the premises. Any form of threats, violence, discrimination, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
lockers
Lockers will be available. You can purchase a locker in advance, and we will send an email with a link to all ticket holders once they are available. At the festival, you can also buy a locker using QR-codes and payment methods like iDEAL. Additionally, there will be an information point for lockers at the festival.
Neighbour information
No later than two weeks before the event, residents within the distribution area will receive a neighborhood letter. The letter will contain information about accessibility and contact details. Did you not receive a letter, please contact Taets Art and Event Park via info@taets.com.
